We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during high seasons. However, we also accommodate short-notice bookings whenever possible.

Your first appointment usually includes a detailed consultation, full-mouth check-up, and digital X-rays if needed. We’ll take time to listen to your concerns, explain everything clearly, and guide you on the next steps.

Some treatments — like whitening, cleaning, or simple fillings — can often be completed in just one visit. For more complex procedures like crowns, veneers, or implants, we may need to schedule a few sessions over several day. We'll tailor your visit that works with your travel dates and personal schedule.

Our team speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently, and we’re used to working with international patients from all over the world.

Yes. We accept a range of payment methods including local and international cards, QRIS, and bank transfers. Our team is also happy to provide treatment estimates ahead of time.

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’ll provide all the paperwork and receipts you need to file a claim when you return home.
